VIPS AT ICTP
On 3 June, the President of Mongolia, Natsagiyn Bagabandi, will visit the ICTP to discuss areas of mutual interest and cooperation with ICTP Director Miguel Virasoro.
On 12 June, Nobel Laureate Paul Crutzen, a Dutch-born scientist presently working at the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology in Germany, will speak on "Developments in Atmospheric Chemistry over the Past Three Decades: Recognition of the Impact of Human Activities" at the Summer Colloquium on the Physics of Weather and Climate: Chemistry-Climate Interactions. Crutzen received his Nobel Prize for work on the formation and depletion of atmospheric ozone. His talk will take place at the Kastler Lecture Hall in the Adriatico Guesthouse.
