A statistical summary prepared by the Centre's administrative offices revealed the following by-the-numbers portrait of ICTP services in 2000: 138,500 meals served, 3,500 travel authorizations requested, 2,365 visas processed, 2,478 medical office consultations and 4.5 million page-impressions (printed and photocopied).
