The largest street painting in Italy, the "megagraffiti" brushed onto the pavement of Piazza Unita d'Italia in Trieste last spring, has been listed in the Italian Guinness Book of Records 2001. Among the 4,572 people who lent their artistic talents to this effort were a dozen or so staff members and scientists from the ICTP.
