Nature Publishing Group has published the first edition of The Nature Yearbook of Science and Technology, which it expects to reissue on an annual basis. The 2000-page volume, a mix of lengthy features, editorials and profiles, includes three entries outlining the research and training activities of ICTP, the Third World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) and the InterAcademy Panel on International Issues (IAP).
