The ICTP/TWAS Donation Programme will hold a two-day workshop focusing on developing country access to on-line scientific publishing on 4-5 October. Some 60 technical information experts are expected to attend. The Donation Programme, in cooperation with several major scientific publishers, including Academic Press, American Physical Society, and World Scientific Publishing Co., recently launched eJournals Delivery Service, a free-of-charge email delivery service for scientists from the South's least developed countries.
