ICTP WELCOMES IRAQI SCIENTISTS
The United Nations Security Council has announced that sanctions against Iraq have been lifted. As a result, ICTP may now accept applications from Iraqi scientists interested in attending Centre research and training activities. The sanctions had been in place since 1991.
