ICTP Director K.R. Sreenivasan will travel to Pakistan to help celebrate the 30th International Nathiagali Summer College on Physics and Contemporary Needs, to be held 27 June -13 July. The event, which was launched by ICTP Founding Director Abdus Salam, is designed to promote scientific dialogue and provide opportunities for cooperation and joint research programmes. This year’s activities will focus on the fields of general relativity, gravity, cosmology, and particle physics; nano-science and its applications to physics, chemistry, biology and other disciplines; and seismology.
